Delivery for Christmas 2011, posting dates. Orders in our hands by.
UK 10am Wednesday the 21st of December.
UK Highlands and Islands Friday the 16th of December.
Europe Noon Thursday the 15th of December.

Sweets ordered will be shipped as soon as possible, if the items ordered are in stock U.K. delivery of sweets from the retail section takes approx 3-4 working days, Europe 7-10 days and World Wide allow up to 14 days. Occasionally an item will be out of stock if there has been a high demand for the particular item in which case delivery will take longer.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of sweets from the wholesale section. All U.K. deliveries are now shipped through Parcelforce Courier service.
PLEASE NOTE: all cards from outside the UK must be Verified by Visa or authenticated through MasterCard® SecureCode™ please click the links for more information.
On the day your parcel is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Parcels are delivered the next business day after dispatch.
If there is no one in at the delivery address to acccept your parcel, a card will be left, please follow the instructions on the card.
If however you do not get in touch, your parcel will be returned to us, and unfortunately to resend the parcel further charges will apply.
Therefore if you are out at work can it be delivered to work or to a neighbour?
We are unable to dispatch items at weekends or Bank holidays.
For all deliveries within the U.K. we use courier service. The courier will require a signature to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. If there is no one in to accept delivery they will leave a card for you to contact them. If you wish your goods to be left with a neighbour please indicate this in the special delivery instruction box. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the sweets, please return to us within 14 days, enclosing the original labelling & documentation.

The shipping costs are automatically added to the order during the checkout process and are clearly displayed before you confirm the order and make payment.Shipping costs within the EU are subject to Vat.
We are unable to ship to the U.S.A. at this time, as we are unable to obtain insurance, all our parcels are sent with insurance. If the situation changes we will include the U.S.A in our list of countries.
