The following highland postcodes are classed as remote by Parcelforce and are subject to a surcharge:
HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
UK delivery usually takes 3-4 working days, Europe 7-10 days and World Wide allow up to 14 days. Occasionally an item will be out of stock if there has been a high demand for the particular item in which case delivery will take longer.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of sweets from the wholesale section.
On the day your parcel is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Parcels are delivered the next business day after dispatch.

If there is no one in at the delivery address to accept your parcel, a card will be left, please follow the instructions on the card.
If however you do not get in touch, your parcel will be returned to us, and unfortunately to resend the parcel further charges will apply.

We are unable to dispatch items at weekends or Bank holidays.
For all deliveries within the U.K. we use courier service. The courier will require a signature to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. If there is no one in to accept delivery they will leave a card for you to contact them. If you wish your goods to be left with a neighbour please indicate this in the special delivery instruction box. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the sweets, please return to us within 14 days, enclosing the original labelling & documentation.

We are unable to ship to the U.S.A. at this time, as we are unable to obtain insurance, all our parcels are sent with insurance. If the situation changes we will include the U.S.A in our list of countries.
