RETURNS POLICY
We operate a 7 day money back guarantee policy. We only send out products that are in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products please contact us at [email protected] with the details of your order and the nature of the problem.
We will issue a returns number and address, you may then return the sweets to us for a refund or exchange.
However Items ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Sweets For U can not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused through a third party.
The return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer and not Sweets For U.
We cannot accept returns that have been tampered with, or opened. Items ordered in or made specially cannot be refunded,
CREDIT CARDS
All credit cards from outside the UK must be authenticated through Master Card Secure Code or Verified by Visa
VAT
All orders within the EU are subject to VAT.
It is our policy not to refund VAT on orders within the EU
We have now taken this position due to the low number of qualifying requests. One refund triggers a return having to be made to HMRC. The matter will be reviewed in due course.
